Itinerary
1 Cochin - 2 Munnar - 1 Alleppey - 2 Kovalam - Trivandraum

Day 01: Cochin
On the first day of Kerala Tour Itinerary, arrive at Cochin International Airport/Railway Station where our representative meets you and transfers you to the hotel. Check into hotel and leave for a city sightseeing tour that includes visit to Fort Cochin, Santa Cruz Basilica, Dutch Palace at Mattancherry, St. Francis Church and Chinese fishing nets. Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 02: Cochin - Munnar
Morning check out from hotel and continue drive to Munnar (4½ hours), the beautiful hill station of Kerala. Transfer to hotel on arrival. Spend the remaining day at leisure and enjoy picturesque landscapes. Visit the aromatic tea plantations or indulge in thrilling sport activities like paragliding. Night stay at hotel.

Day 03: Munnar (Sightseeing )
Devoted to sightseeing in and around Munnar. Enjoy panoramic views of Anaimudi, the highest peak of South India at 2695 m, is visible from Munnar. Visit the Christ Church and proceed for wildlife watching at Eravikulam National Park (16 km). Continue to Rajamala Hills lying adjacent to the park and stop by at Madupetty Dam, a famous picnic spot for boating and horse riding en route to Top Station. Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 04 Munnar - Kumarakom
This morning leave for Kumarakom (153kms / 2hrs40m). On arrival transfer to hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure at the picturesque backwaters that form one of the major attractions of Kerala. Over night at the hotel.

Day 05 Kumarakom
Day free for leisure activities. A boat ride into the countryside, visit to Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, adventure thrills in water sports like wind sailing and water skiing or canoeing at the lake. Night at resort.
Day 06 Kumarakom - Alleppey
Takes you on an enthralling houseboat cruise. Morning transfer to Kottayam and board the luxurious houseboat for an overnight journey along the tranquil Kerala backwaters to Alleppey.

Day 07 Alleppey - Kovalam
Disembark from the houseboat at Alleppey and transfer to Kovalam. Check in to hotel near the beach upon arrival. Day free to spend at
leisure on the beach. Enjoy playing with the golden sands or take a swim in the shallow water. A soothing sunbath is a perfect option to unwind. The more adventurous ones can enjoy thrilling beach sports. An Ayurvedic massage can also be availed (optional). Return to hotel at night.

Day 08 Kovalam
The next morning takes you from the beaches to Cape Camorin where you will visit Padmanabhapuram Palace and the Archeological Museum. Return to Kovalam hotel at evening for an overnight stay.

Day 09 Kovalam - Trivandrumi
After breakfast will leave for sightseeing of Trivandrum. The main attraction is Padmanabhaswami Temple, one of the 108 pilgrimage sites for the Vaishnavites. The exquisite carvings on its 400 pillars is notable. Proceed to the airport to board your flight back to London .

Cochin
Kochi (colonial name Cochin) is a vibrant city situated on the south-west coast of the Indian peninsula in the breathtakingly scenic and prosperous state of Kerala, hailed as 'God's Own Country'. Its strategic importance over the centuries is underlined by the sobriquet Queen of the Arabian Sea. Informally, Cochin is also referred to as the Gateway to Kerala.

Kumarakom
The village of Kumarakom is a cluster of little islands on the Vembanad Lake in Kerala, a state in India. Geographically, it is located at 9.35 North and 76.26 East. Kumarakom's soil is extremely fertile due to the proximity of the water source, this has resulted in the growth of a wide variety of flora in Kumarakom, especially the mangrove and coconut trees. Vembanad Lake is home to several types of marine life exclusively the 'Karimeen' (Pearl Spotted Fish), the 'Chemeen' (Prawns) and the 'Konju' (Tiger Prawns)..

Alleppey
Alleppey (Alappuzha) is a District of immense natural beauty in Kerala. Today, Alappuzha has grown in importance as a Backwater Tourist Centre, attracting several thousands of foreign tourists each year .It is also famous for boat races, houseboat holidays, beaches, marine products and coir products.

Munnar
Munnar is a beautiful getaway landscaped with tea plantations, hills, lakes, forests and winding walks. Located at an altitude of 1,829 m, it is home to South India's highest peak called Anamudi, standing 2,695 m tall. It is also an important commercial centre in the Idukki district. The economy of Munnar thrives primarily from its vast tea estates and coffee plantations. Tourism is also another contributor.Often referred to as the Kashmir of South India, Munnar offers tourists a mix of relaxation and adventure amidst beautiful landscapes.

Kovalam
Once a fishing village and a favourite hippy haunt, Kovalam has transformed itself into a top beach desination of Kerala. It is 16 Km from Trivandrum and draws thousands of tourists from all over India and the world. Kovalam means a grove of coconut trees and is a big draw for beach lovers, as it offers a variety water sports opportunities, great seafood, and Ayurvedic massages and treatments.

Thiruvananthapuram
Milling around the city's most famous landmark the Sri Padmanabha Swamy Templeare hordes of devotees, tourists and citizens going about their daily affairs. This is the home of Lord Vishnu who shelters under the canopy of the sacred serpent - the many hooded Anantha after whom this seaside town is named.
